Pancakes are great any time for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Fill them with seafood tomato sauce and top with cheese for a filling supper or simply add lemon and sugar for a satisfying snack.
- 100g plain flour
- 2 large eggs
- pinch salt
- 300ml milk
- 1 tbsp sunflower oil
- Place ingredients in a bowl and whisk well together to make a better.
- Place bacoglide on the hotplate set at around 200ºC. Spoon batter on to bacoglide until it forms a diameter of around 6-8 inches. Wait until mixture bubbles on the top and you can slide a spatula underneath. Flip carefully or turn slowly.
- Serve while hot with your choice of topping. There is no added sugar so you can use for savoury and sweet fillings.
